Reservations
We need an advance payment of 120 euros to ensure that the reservation is confirmed. The final amount must be transferred to our account 8 weeks prior to the reserved holiday dates. The bungalow shall be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure you must vacate by 10.30 am. Smoking and pet animals are not allowed in the bungalow. Prices subject to change without notice!
Cancellation
- More than 8 weeks before arrival: € 40.00 service fee
- Between 4-8 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total price
- Less than 4 weeks before arrival: 100 % of the total price
If you cancel later or don’t arrive, we reserve us the right to charge the total price of the booking. The reasons for no-show shall be irrelevant; all other terms and conditions are in accordance with the AGBH (2006). If you are leaving earlier, you don’t get money back. In order to avoid cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance.
